I just got invited to a 42 year old woman's wedding.
This is her first marriage...
Is it bad that I hope to never be her?
I never want to wait that long, be an "older" mother (if being a mother is possible at all), be in the "single" stage of life for 20-plus years...
is that wrong?

No, not at all. Everyone has their own aspirations for their life.
But on top of it all, God has his plans as well...Trust me I know!
I didn't want kids for at least the first 5 years of our marriage, God had such a sense of humor that he gave us 2 in our first 5 years.
No....but if she ever read this...that would be kinds wrong. Everyone walks through a different path....
